Choosing a school
During our consultation call we will determine your personal goals and ambitions. Two Ocean works with a number of schools in Cape Town, each school has their own style and depending on your preferences we will recommend a school for you.

At EF you can follow English courses for all ages and skill levels, they also offer specialized programs for professionals and students. EF is one of the more popular choices for students who come to Cape Town. They offer a lot of fun activities on a weekly basis that students can sign up for.
ELC is the language centre of UCT, the University of Cape Town. ELC offers General English at six different levels, Business English, English for Academic Purposed and more specific courses. ELC offers a number of innovative English learning techniques such as Language Excursions, here you put your knowledge to the test and actually interact in English. ELC is generally very good when it comes to learning English, students find the teachers very qualified and are satisfied with their results.
Good Hope Studies is a privately owned South African company, Good Hope is generally very well-liked by students. At Good Hope the classes are small. The classes are 50 minutes long and take place in the morning, giving you enough time to explore Cape Town in the afternoon.
EC offers Academic, Business and General English courses for students. At EC you get to enjoy modern facilities, great teaching materials and supportive teachers. The staff is described as very friendly, and their approach is very personal.
International House offers a large number of courses for students: Standard English, Intensive English, Business English, Private Tuition and Exam Preparation. Depending on your goals we will help you find the course that suits you best. IH works with different styles of lessons to make sure students are well-versed in all aspects of English.
Eurocentres is located conveniently in the city centre. They offer eight different courses, of course we will help you choose a course that suits your desires. Eurocentre has eight classrooms, a student lounge and a computer room.
LAL has a very central location in Sea Point, close to the Waterfront mall, the beach and the city centre. At LAL the maximum class size will be sixteen students, this ensures personal attention for all students to get the best results. LAL also organizes many activities that the students can join. The courses have been described as educational, but still fun and entertaining.
Cape Studies is a private educational institution. They pride themselves in offering personal attention to individual challenges. The classes at Cape Studies have a maximum size of eight students. At Cape Studies you have the choice between a Standard Course with 20 lessons per week or an Intensive Course with 30 lessons per week.
All these choices might make you nervous, but you don’t have to worry. Our years of experience have made us very capable of seeing which school works best for you.
