The process
As a full-service agency we take care of the whole process. We understand that you do like to know, how everything works. For that reason we describe the process of signing up below
Step 1 – applying
Apply to Two Ocean through the contact form on the website or WhatsApp
Step 2 – scheduling a consultation call
Schedule a consultation call so we can find the right school for you. During this call we talk about, your current English level, the duration of your stay and your purpose for studying English in Cape Town. We do this to make sure the school you choose is the right fit and can meet your personal demands.
Step 3 – making a plan
We make a personalized plan that matches your wishes and desires.
Step 4 – registering at school
We register you at the school of your choosing. Two Ocean takes care of this whole process, all you need to do is give us a copy of your passport.
Step 5 – taking the English exam
You take the online English exam. The purpose of this exam is to determine your current English level. The reason behind this is, finding the right class for you at the school of your choosing. Schools create classes based on the current English level of the student. You don’t want to enroll in a class that is either too difficult or too easy for you.
Step 6 – arranging the visa
We arrange your visa if needed. Students who stay for 6 months or shorter can stay with a tourist visa. Students who intend to stay longer than 6 months need a student visa.
Step 7 – finding the right accommodation
Two Ocean offers a variety of option for your stay in Cape Town. You can stay with a local family, in a student residence or a private appartment. Depending on budget and availability, you can choose the accommodation that suits your desires. Please keep in mind that the earlier you apply, the more choice of accommodations you will have
Step 8 – airport transfer
On the day of arrival we will pick you up from the airport and take you to your new home.
Step 9 – first day of school
We know the first day of school is very exciting and maybe even a bit scary. Therefore, we will personally take you to the school of your choosing and make sure that you have a very successful first day
